How It Works:

• Statements: Royalties are meticulously tracked and sent once your balance reaches $100 or more.
• Payments: Payments are made quarterly, ensuring regular and predictable income.
• Schedule: Statements and payments are processed two months after the end of each quarter:
  • Q1 (Jan–Mar): Statements by June 1st
  • Q2 (Apr–Jun): Statements by September 1st
  • Q3 (Jul–Sep): Statements by December 1st
  • Q4 (Oct–Dec): Statements by March 1st
• Transparency: Artists can view detailed earnings reports, and any withholdings are carried over to the next quarter for easy tracking.

Platforms like Beatport pay distributors one month after each quarter ends, and Proton handles all statement generation shortly thereafter. This ensures that every transaction is clear and accounted for.
